Abstract: Objective To develop a scaffold material containing collagen-chondroitin sulfate-hyaluronic acid (Co-CS-HA) and corneal stromal cells corneal stroma tissue engineering. Methods Fabricated scaffold of Co-CS-HA for dermal tissue engineering and to evaluated its characteristics in vitro.
