Advances of Seed Cells for Constructing Biological Pacemaker

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of stem cells, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, cell transplantation and tissue engineering to construct biological pacemaker are expected to become the future direction. It is very crucial to find the ideal seed cells. Nowadays, the seed cells used for constructing the biological pacemaker includes： adult cells and stem cells. In this paper, the advances of seed cells for constructing biological pacemaker were reviewed.
