深水半潜式起重铺管船现状及船型特点

Current Status and Characteristics of Semi-Submersible Crane and Pipe-Laying Vessel

摘要: 半潜式起重铺管船(SSCV)是一种柱稳式的移动平台,分为上浮体、立柱、下浮体三部分,可以在深水海域进行大型结构物起重和J-lay铺管,且耐波性能优异,在恶劣海况条件下的可作业天数大幅高于传统船型工程船。半潜式起重铺管船造价昂贵、技术难度大,这种船型在世界范围内都很少,核心技术一直被国外公司垄断。作为自主研发半潜式起重铺管船的前期研究,对半潜式起重铺管船国内外的发展现状进行了总结,并对这种船型的主要特点进行了介绍,为国内技术人员进一步的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Semi-submersible crane vessel (SSCV) is a kind of column stabilized unit which consists of deck box, column and pontoons. The main functions of this kind of vessel are heavy lifting and J-lay pipe-laying. SSCV's seakeeping performance and weather windows are much better than normal vessel type. There is a lot of equipment on the vessel with a big power request, with the total power normally beyond 60 MW, and 4 even 6 engine rooms and more than 8 thrusters are needed. Due to the high cost and the technical difficulty, SSCVs in the world are very few, and the core technology has been monopolized by several foreign companies. In order to continuously improve the capacity of China's deepwater marine equipment and break the monopoly of foreign companies, COOEC is conducting the early research of SSCV. To provide reference for further research of domestic technicians, we summarize the current status of SSCV in the world, and introduce the main characteristics of this vessel.
