Effects on Recombinant NF1 Gene on Collagen Expression of Hypertrophic Scar Fibroblasts In Vitro

Abstract: Objective To explore the feasibility of transfecting recombinant NF1 into hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and investigate the proliferation and collagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ synthesis of transfected cells. Methods Recombinant human NF1 gene was transfected into hypertrophic scar fibroblasts with the karyocyte expressive vector. The expression of NF1 gene, collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ mRNA was quantified by real time PCR. The changes of cell proliferation were observed with CCK-8 colorimeter.
