Multivane XD技术在肝脏T2WI成像中的应用价值

Application of Multivane XD technique in liver T2-weighted imaging

摘要: 目的: 评价Multivane XD技术在肝脏T2WI成像中的价值。方法: 前瞻性收集56例行肝脏MRI检查的患者,其中男性29例,女性27例,其中16例患者合并有肝脏占位性病变。分别采集横断位Multivane XD T2WI和常规T2WI图像,并比较Multivane XD T2WI与常规T2WI图像的综合评分、肝左叶及右叶的信噪比(signal noise ratio,SNR)、肝左叶及右叶的对比噪声比(contrast noise ratio,CNR)、对比度的差异。结果: Multivane XD T2WI图像的综合评分显著高于常规T2WI [(4.70±0.50)比(2.86±0.80),P<0.001],且肝右叶及左叶的SNR亦均显著高于常规T2WI [右叶(189.84±112.39)比(3.52±70.08),P<0.001;左叶(218.82±136.24)比(28.70±96.97),P<0.001],而二者间的肝右叶及左叶CNR、对比度差异则均无统计学意义[右叶CNR(4.30±51.86)比(3.52±70.08),P=0.447;左叶CNR(24.68±82.61)比(28.67±96.95),P=0.742;对比度(2.94±1.43)比(2.92±1.16),P=0.958]。结论: Multivane XD技术可减轻运动伪影,改善T2WI图像质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of Multivane XD technique in liver T2-weighted imaging (T2WI). Methods: Fifty-six patients(29 men, 27 women; age ranged 25-84 years, average 54 years) underwent liver MR imaging including conventional T2WI and Multivane XD T2WI were analyzed. Sixteen patients had focal hepatic lesions (FHL). Qualitative analysis was performed by two abdominal radiologists. Overall image quality was scored 5-scales ranged from 1 to 5. Signal intensity of right lobe, left lobe and FHL, and background SD were measured. SNRright lobe, SNRleft lobe, CNRright lobe, CNRleft lobe and contrast between FHL and liver parenchyma were calculated and compared between Multivane XD T2WI and conventional T2WI. Results: Overall image quality score of Multivane XD T2WI was significantly higher than that of conventional T2WI [(4.70±0.50) vs (2.86±0.80), P=0.001]. SNRright lobe and SNRleft lobe were significantly higher than those of conventional T2WI [(189.84±112.39) vs(3.52±70.08), P<0.001; (218.82±136.24) vs (28.70±96.97), P<0.001]. There was no significant difference in CNRright lobe, CNRleft lobe and contrast [(4.30±51.86) vs (3.52±70.08), P=0.447; (24.68±82.61) vs (28.67±96.95), P=0.742; (2.94±1.43) vs (2.92±1.16), P=0.958] between Multivane XD T2WI and conventional T2WI. Conclusions: Multivane XD technique can reduce motion artifacts and improve the imaging quality of T2WI.
