Whole-body imaging of 18F-PSMA PET/MRI A: The patient was a 68-year-old male 5 years after surgery, serum PSA was retested (94 ng/mL) recently. Nodules with increased radioactive uptake were found in the operation area on PSMA PET/MR (SUVmax14.6). B: The patient was a 74-year-old male 2 years after surgery, serum PSA was retested (9.4 ng/mL) recently. A lymph node adjacent to the right iliac vessel was seen, and the PSMA-PET uptake was significantly increased (SUVmax55.4).C: The patient was a 67-year-old male 1 year after surgery, serum PSA was retested (5.5 ng/mL) recently. Patchy and speckle-like DWI high signal lesions were seen in the T6 cone and the right scapula on PSMA PET/MR, with localized increased radioactive uptake(SUVmax27.8).D: The patient was an 89-year-old male 3 years after surgery, serum PSA was retested (0.15 ng/mL) recently, PSMA PET/MR showed multiple spots of hypermetabolism in both lungs(SUVmax4.83).
